Folio 117: Forbes and Rondeau to Harrington. Post delayed, supposedly due to dispute between Field-Marshal Munnich and governor of Konigsberg. Czarina assures HM that treaty of commerce can be concluded before Forbes leaves. It is suggested by us that confidences the Czarina wishes to convey to HM can be conveyed more clearly through Prince Cantemir. Dated St Petersburg 30 Mar 1734.
