Folio 42: Forbes and Rondeau to Harrington. Further information on departure of Munnich. It is difficult to act between Counts Biron and Osterman. Forbes told by Finch that Sweden jealous of our negotiations for treaty of alliance with Russia. Swedish minister disabused about this. Dated St Petersburg 23 Feb 1733/4.
