Folio 28: Forbes and Rondeau to Harrington. Rectifying the inequality in the tariff would favour the entry of coarse cloth from Silesia and Hamburg; abating the duty on our coarse woollen goods was being considered but no time stipulated. Persian ambassador had audience but no propositions, if any, reported. Letter from Tachmas Kuli Khan to prince of Hesse Homburg, containing authentic account of his victories, enclosed. Dated St Petersburg 2 Feb 1733/4.
