Folio 24: Harrington to Forbes and Rondeau. Surprise at resolution (made at St Petersburg) on war with Turks. Strive to avert rift between Russians and Turks which would badly influence matters here. Demands for abatement of duties very moderate. Unimaginable they could be thought unreasonable by Russia. Robinson says Imperial court esteems Count Biron highly. Dated 15 Feb 1733/4.
