Folio 16: Harrington to Forbes and Rondeau. Berlin says Baron Mardefeld made journey there entirely at request of Czarina. Project of treaty of commerce in hands of Lords Commissioners of Trade. Report will be sent when seen by HM Lessened Russian demands and lowered duties on woollen goods welcomed. HM pleased that Count Jaguzinski had similar orders about Mecklenburg. Dated 8 Feb 1733/4.
