Folio 99: Rondeau to Harrington. Had tried to discourage the marriage between Princess of Mecklenburg and Prince of Bevern before receipt of instructions (f.42). Things change here constantly. Small inadvertence may send the Prince home immediately. Two ships oneof 64 guns the other 16 guns launched in presence of the Czarina. Lord Forbes not yet here. The ice in the Baltic must be the delay. Dated St Petersburg, 5 May 1733.
