Folio 97: Rondeau to Harrington. Count Lynar and Le Fort, two Saxon Envoys had audiences delayed because their credentials did not include title of Empress. They promised to persuade the Elector to give the title in the future. King of Prussia gave the title as King not as Elector of Brandenburg. Count Osterman asked if the kings of Great Britain and Prussia could adjust their differences; having no instructions he could not give him an answer. Dated St Petersburg, 28 Apr 1733.
