Description

Folio 104: Harrington to Rondeau. HM approves your measures against the Severe Order and your memorial. Trade flourishes with indulgence and encouragement. HM commends your zeal in promoting free trade for British subjects, particularly concerning Meyer's contract. Such monopolies detrimental to fair trading. Dated Hanover, 25 June 1732.
