Folio 98: Rondeau to Harrington. Everybody easier since College of Commerce has not insisted on Order being signed. Osterman says difficult to recall order made by Czarina. Although already signed by Czarina, means found to upset the contract made by Harmon Mayer for 6 years for all potash and iron of this country. Dated StPetersburg, 20 May 1732.
