Folio 49: Harrington to Rondeau. HM has no more thoughts on the equivalent proposed, as Vienna still agitating over affair. Prince Antioch Cantimir here as Czarina's resident, is great success. Subject of houses for Russian ministers here not enquired into, but Czarina giving one in St.Petersburg when the court is usually at Moscow is no reason for HM to act in like manner. Dated Whitehall, 7 Apr 1732.
