Folio 77: Rondeau to Townshend. Almost entire Dolgorukov family sent away; change in fortunes from being most powerful in Russia. They indicate it will cause universal peace, for the king of Prussia will then try to adapt to all differences. Names of 8 gentlemen sent away from Moscow. Dated Moscow, 13 Apr 1730.
