Folio 86: Rondeau to Tilson. Delighted that opposition falls before HM and hope that they become good subjects. They would be glad to be born in England if they had ever lived in this country. Russians appear willing to settle friendship and I believe if I am honoured with a character, I shall shortly conclude this favourably. Dated Moscow, 27 Mar 1729.
