Folio 104: MacKenzie to Townshend. Medicine given to the Czar for his colic not improving him. The factors for Sir Randolph Knip of London and for Mr. Perry are often here trying to present a memorial of their case for redress from the Czar, as their misfortunes were caused by commandants at Narva and Archangel. Both are now here. Have said I am ready to speak to Count Golovkin but not to put anything in writing. Dated St Petersburg, 17 Dec 1714.
Repeat in French.
