Folio 71: Whitworth to Boyle. Rumour that Artemonowitz has been reprimanded by Czar, though latter still demanding high terms of reparation. Likely to demand an Act of Parliament. Has asked Shapfiroff if this would be acceptable as alternative to special British envoy. Requests leave to return home. Dated Moscow, 9/20 Mar 1708/9.
