Mandate by official of court of Canterbury to priors of Norton and Birkenhead and deans of Frodsham and Warrington and John del Wode, for citation of John de Mascy of Hale, and Peter de Shagh, rectors of Lymm, Cheshire, to answer John de Mascy, rector ofAshton on Mersey, Cheshire, in case concerning burial rights, and to inhibit from molestation. cf. for deed involving both.
