Description

This series consists of deeds arbitrarily separated from those in E 326 after they were identified as having been published in Thomas Madox's Formulare Anglicanum (1702).

The series is predominantly made up of evidences of title from monastic and other estate archives acquired by the Crown along with the estates themselves, and accumulated by the Courts of Augmentations and the Court of General Surveyors.
