Description

The records in this series mainly consist of warrants and counterpart indentures to deliver deeds, court rolls and accounts from the Augmentation Office to the purchasers of Crown lands, which were mostly made up of the former possessions of religious houses and chantries.

There are in addition two pieces relating to the delivery of records into the Court of Augmentations, and one noting the delivery of records to the Attorney General.
