Proceedings, in revenue causes only, alleging error in the judgements of the Exchequer. The proceedings in each cause consist of the writ of error, with a transcript of the proceedings on the memoranda roll annexed together with the assignment of errors and the plea to the errors. Adjournments are sometimes noted, and from the reign of Anne (1702-14) the affirmance or reversal of the judgement is endorsed and added to the record. The series was created in 1985.
