On rebel leaders there; Dr. Turnbull and Mr. Martin are suspiciously friendly with these rebels (Turnbull's son is acting Commissary for the King's troops); arrival of the forces in Virginia will calm Carolina; refers to the disaster to Ferguson, and plans to provision his own garrison.
