Description (What the record is about)

Resolution of officers and men of various named battalions of militia, and of Col. Mills' battalion of North Carolinians, assembled under Major Ferguson's command at Brannon's Settlement. Failure to support and faithfully serve in the militia is treachery; cattle and grain of defaulters may be seized; those who refuse to serve in the militia may be made to serve as regulars.
