Manuscript prize appeal No 37, from the Vice-Admiralty Court of Antigua, filed in 1808.
Captured ship: Atlantic (master Thomas Ring).
Nationality: American.
History: taken before by the armed lugger Attentive (George Broom commanding), and brought into Antigua.
Appellant: August 1807 the master for the ship and cargo on behalf of himself and Govert Haskins and William Graham merchants of Baltimore, American citizens.
Respondent: the captor.
Manuscript appeal papers, never printed.
