Manuscript prize appeal No 34, from the Vice-Admiralty Court of the Bahamas, filed in 1807.
Captured ship: Admiral (master Joseph Perkins Kirkland).
Nationality: American.
History: taken before August 1806 by HMS Redbridge (Lieutenant Edward Burt commanding), and brought into New Providence, the Bahamas.
Appellant: the master of Middleton, Connecticut, for the ship and cargo on hs own behalf as owner.
Respondent: the captor.
Manuscript appeal papers, never printed.
