Manuscript prize appeal No 33, from the Vice-Admiralty Court of Malta, filed in 1807.
Captured ship: Agamemnon (master Tomaso Andrivich).
Nationality: German.
History: laden with tongues, box wood and other goods; taken before March 1805 by the privateer The Two Brothers (James Briaschi commanding), and brought into Malta.
Appellant: the master for the ship on behalf of himself, Sabba Sarravechia and other of Trieste, German subjects; for his own private adventure; and for the cargo on behalf of neutral subjects.
Respondent: the captor.
Manuscript appeal papers: petition for desertion and sentence (manuscript, never printed).
