Manuscript prize appeal No 52, from the Vice-Admiralty Court of Martinique, filed in 1799.
Captured ship: Ann (master Robert Lord).
Nationality: American.
History: bound from Rotterdam to Surinam, laden with wine, dry goods, hams and other merchandise; taken on 6 June 1798 by the privateer Tickler (Daniel Lee commanding), and brought into Martinique.
