Folio 22: Tsar Mikhail to Charles I. Repeats his request concerning Ivan Almanzenov (see folio 16). According to Almanzenov's father he has received no financial support from England. Persons recommended by the King are generously treated in Russia. Requests favour and protection for Almanzenov and his thorough instruction in medicine and other useful knowledge.
