Proposal for a change in the clause regarding Poland, and a clause regarding a letter written from Fraustadt. Ilgen's desire for a clause in favour of the Czar, but Whitworth and Heusch reject this. Convention regarding the Three Villages seems the largest obstacle at present. Whitworth feels the Prussians are delaying deliberately.
