Acknowledgement of letter and Act of Parliament to prevent the seducing of manufacturers etc. of Great Britain into foreign service, and orders of Lord Justices to implement it in Berlin. Whitworth will make the law known at the Court of Prussia and in Danzig and Königsberg. Whitworth's knowledge of the practice the Act hope to prevent. From Berlin
