Satisfaction of King George with Whitworth's conduct in Berlin, especially regarding the Czar. Discussion of the negotiations and present British aims, and attitudes to the King of Prussia and the Czar. Negotiations with the Czar will be considered, but not in an underhand way. King George will consent to engage in the guarantee of Prussia on certain conditions. King George unwilling for Tolstoy to go to Hanover. From N.S. Hanover
