Description

Folio 228: Whitworth to Delafaye. Whitworth has been in conference with the Prussian ministers; favourable audience with the King of Prussia, the King intimating he regarded the treaty as good as concluded. Effect of Tolstoy; different opinions regarding the place of the Czar in the treaty. Conference at Aland: admission of Marderfeldt. From Berlin
