Folio 116: Whitworth to Craggs. Copy of relation to Stanhope. Negotiations in suspense until Whitworth receives instructions. Date of King of Prussia's return. Rank stated the Swedes would have to make peace with the Czar to have Livonia returned to them, and described Swedish internal politics. Rank promoted the referring of Prussian disputes with Sweden into the hands of the Margrave. Rank has no Full Powers: doubt as to the likelihood of the Swedes putting direction of their affairs so completely into his hands. From Berlin
