Custodial history (Describes where and how the record has been held from creation to transfer to The National Archives)
- The document came to the Exchequer as part of the muniments of Holy Trinity, Aldgate. These probably came into the crown's hands following the dissolution of the Priory in 1532 or possibly after the forfeiture of the property of the duke of Norfolk in 1572. The muniments were originally kept together in a separate chest, but were subsequently dispersed among the other records held in the Treasury of Receipt.
