Proceedings on a petition of John de Baiocis for discharge of a rent of 20 marks out of the manors of Halton and Killingholme, Lincs granted by Henry de Baiocis, his grandfather, to Alexander Fitz Clay, which rent was seized into the King's hand because Alexander was an adherent of the Scots, and for which John is still distrained by the Sheriff of Lincoln although Alexander is dead
