Description

(1) Petition of Richard Talbot and Elizabeth, his wife, against the petition to parliament of David, Earl of Athol, for a reversal of the pourparty granted to Elizabeth of the inheritance of Aymer de Valence (2) Petition of the Earl [of Athol] for delivery of seisin of the manor of Chilham, Kent, which was seized into the King's hand on the death of the late earl and into which the lady of Baddlesmere and Giles, her son, have entered over the King's seisin (3) Petition of the Earl [of Athol] for delivery of the manors of Fakenham, Cawston and Aylsham, Norf, which were granted to his father and were re-taken into the King's hand on the advice of Hugh le Despenser, father and son (4) Petition of the Earl [of Athol], Richard Talbot and Elizabeth, his wife, for a partition among them of the castles and towns of Hertford and Haverford[?west, Pemb]
