Description

This series is made up of orders by judges or assize judges, later made rules of court but not always entered in full in the Rule Books, together with some prisoners' papers.

The latter are petitions of prisoners in the Fleet prison to be discharged upon the surrender of their personal estates towards the satisfaction of their debts, under an act of 1728, with some petitions from prisoners for day-rules for release for the transaction of legal business.
