Description

Folio(s) 197-204: Bouillon (commanding the squadron on the Guernsey and Jersey stations) to Cooke. Success of semaphore experiments between Jersey, Guernsey, Sark and Alderney, as designed by Mr. Mulgrave (projector), defensive value, use of existing signal stations; value of new system demonstrated when mustering a troop convoy to Portugal; Mulgrave's remuneration.
