Description

Goyon [de Vaucouleur] (confidential agent) according to 'Garnier' (late master of French privateer Le Foudroyant); Prigent's companions responsible for the treachery; their worthless intelligence; future of the Service. [W.O. Endorsement: 'I see no reason for incurring any further expense for this Service. The Boats [--] may be paid off'.]
