Description

Folio(s) 173-176: Bouillon to Cooke. Forwarding dispatches, hazardously intercepted, from Prigent; Syrene and Italienne frigates from St. Malo (departed 17 Jan.) and Rochefort squadron are bound for S. America; quiet garrisons; conscripts reputedly marching to Antwerp.
