Contains bundles of allegedly undated lists. It includes miscellaneous material, most of it concerning law suits c1724 to 1796. There are also constable, jury lists, precepts, scraps of inventory related to debtors' assets and legal bills of cost; draft legal documents, covenants, writs and executions, and a bond of obligation of 1725.
Lists of jurors were sometimes cut off from precepts, without retaining a date, and other times the chief steward's signature is all that is left of a precept: mutilation was evidently going on, possibly where documents were frayed or otherwise damaged.
