Description

Short Title: Lovegrove v Wade.

Plaintiff(s): Louisa Lovegrove, spinster, Mary Anne Lovegrove, spinster, (Infants) by Richard Lovegrove their next friend.

Defendant(s): Field Wade, Edward Simpson.

Depositions for: Plaintiffs.

Subject of Depositions: The value etc and disposition of the personal estate and effects of Martha Hammond the Testatrix; said estates including the houses nos 19 and 20 etc at Somerset Place, Hoxton (Middlesex) held under a lease granted to James Hammond (husband of Testatrix), the sum of £2536 19s three per cent consolidated Bank annuities etc.

County: London; Middlesex.
