Description

Short Title: Farrer v Hutchinson.

Plaintiff(s): Mary Anne Farrer, and Emma Louisa Farrer (an infant) by the said Mary Anne Farrer her sister and next friend.

Defendant(s): James Hutchinson, Hugh Maltby, Joshua Crawshaw and his wife Mary Anne, Joseph William Moore.

Depositions for: Plaintiffs.
