Short Title: Parker v Sanderson.

Plaintiff(s): John Parker, and his wife Martha, Robert Holden, Thomas Nowill and his wife Sarah, Thomas Parker.

Defendant(s): John Sanderson, Samuel Grubb.

Depositions for: Commissioners.

Subject of Depositions: The Commissioners certify to having examined the Plaintiff Sarah apart from her husband and to having taken her examination and declaration in writing consenting to transfer the sums of money mentioned in the Commission to her husband the Plaintiff Thomas Nowill.
