Description

Short Title: (i) Roberts v Humphreys; (ii) Roberts v Hughes; (iii) Hughes v Humphreys.

Plaintiff(s): (i) Anne Roberts (since deceased) and Hugh Hughes and his wife Jane; (ii) Anne Roberts (since deceased) and Hugh Hughes; (iii) Hugh Hughes, Jane Ellin Hughes (by mistake called Ellin Hughes).

Defendant(s): (i) Robert Humphreys, Evan Williams, William Griffith, William Parry, Jonathan Rawlins; (ii) John Hughes; (iii) Robert Humphreys, Evan Williams, William Parry, Jane Rawlins, John Hughes.

Depositions for: Plaintiffs.

Subject of Depositions: The value etc of the real estates of the Testatrix Mary Roberts devised by her will to Robert Roberts and Defendant Robert Humphreys in trust for sale etc, said estates including tenements called "Brynsteddfodd", "Friddoedd" and "Tyddyn y llan", situated in the parish of Llansanfraid Glanconway (Denbighshire).
