Short Title: Hughes v Jones.

Plaintiff(s): Hugh Hughes, William Hughes, Evan Hughes, and Robert Hughes and Griffith Hughes (Infants) by said Evan Hughes their brother and next friend.

Defendant(s): Griffith Jones.

Depositions for: Plaintiffs.

Subject of Depositions: The receipt etc and disposition of the personal estate and effects of the testator Evan Hughes, by the Defendant and Elinor Jones his late wife, formerly widow and executrix of testator.
