Short Title: Rawlins v Moss.

Plaintiff(s): Richard Randall Rawlins, clerk, and his wife Elizabeth.

Defendant(s): John Moss, William Eaton the Younger, Maria Harrison, Samuel George Stratford Jackson and his wife Mary, Bryan Thomas Balguy, William Brown, William Eaton the Elder, Clara Harrison.

Depositions for: Defendants.

Subject of Depositions: The last Will and Testament and the value etc and disposition of John Harrison, late of Hook in the parish of Marston upon Dove (Derbyshire) etc.

County: London; Derbyshire.
