Description

Short Title: Rawlins v Moss.

Plaintiff(s): Richard Randall Rawlins, clerk, and his wife Elizabeth.

Defendant(s): John Moss, William Eaton the Younger, Maria Harrison, Samuel George Stratford Jackson and his wife Mary, Bryan Thomas Balguy, William Brown, William Eaton the Elder, Clara Harrison.

Depositions for: Defendants.

Subject of Depositions: The last Will and Testament and the value etc and disposition of the estate of John Harrison, late of Hook in the parish of Marston upon Dove (Derbyshire) father of Plaintiff Elizabeth, defendants Maria and Clara and of Julia Harrison deceased; Settlement of accounts between Rachel Harrison widow and executor of testator (who afterwards married John Fearn) and her daughters and Defendant Balguy; Valuation of a messuage etc called "The Ashe" in the parish of Sutton on the Hill (Derbyshire) belonging to Richard Harrison formerly of Eaton (Cheshire) son of testator; Touching a legacy of £500 given by said will to John Hudson Harrison for his life; [The names of Rachel Harrison (daughter of testator) and Ellen Brown (late wife of Defendant Brown and daughter of testator) are mentioned].
