Description

Short Title: Brayley v Bywater.

Plaintiff(s): Hannah Brayley otherwise Anna Brayley on behalf of herself and all other Creditors of Richard Gresham deceased.

Defendant(s): John Bywater, George Cowley, James Reynolds and his wife Elizabeth (formerly Elizabeth Gresham), widow, Robert Gresham, James Gresham and Elizabeth Gresham the Younger.

Depositions for: Plaintiffs.

Subject of Depositions: The validity etc of the last will and testament of Richard Gresham and the plaintiff's claim upon his estate etc.

County: Nottinghamshire.
