Short Title: Scarratt v Coupland.
Plaintiff(s): Robert Scarratt, Joseph Clarke, Samuel Smith, Joseph Bradley Read, and John Read, on behalf of themselves and others the Creditors of William Kay Lucas, deceased.
Defendant(s): Charles Coupland, Charles Chadwick (deceased), Daniel Thomas and his wife Mary (formerly Mary Lucas, widow).
Depositions for: Defendants.
Subject of Depositions: The value etc and disposition of the real and personal estate and effects of the testator William Kay Lucas, said estates including lands called "Upper Ballyqueen" and "Lower Ballyqueen" and "Ballinahelny" in Queens County, "Ballyknock" and "Hill Town, Baradoose" and "Sleighbloom" in the Barony of Shilmalier, Wexford.
County: Staffordshire; Ireland.
