Description

Short Title: Stiles v Guy.

Plaintiff(s): John Stiles, George Stiles, Henry Stiles, Sophia Stiles (late an infant but now of full age).

Defendant(s): Anthony Guy (now a bankrupt), Richard Tuckey of Haydon, Richard Tuckey the son of the testator John Tuckey, and his wife Elizabeth, Henry Hayward Budd and his wife Mary, Hopewell Hayward Budd and his wife Sophia, Hopewell Hayward Budd the younger, Sophia Elizabeth Budd, Jane Lucy Budd, William Sidney Budd, Caroline Anne Budd, John Tuckey Bleadon Budd, Henry Hayward Budd the younger, Horatio Nelson Budd, Frederick Edward Budd, Frances Isabella Budd and Louisa Augusta Budd (infants), by their guardians John Hodgeson and his wife Elizabeth, and Harriet Hodgson, Mary Anne Hodgson, and Richard Hodgson (infants), by their guardian Jane Hodgson, widow, Samuel Rhodes the elder and his wife Harriet, and Samuel Rhodes the younger and Henrietta Sophia Rhodes (infants) by their guardian, and John Tuckey, Richard Tuckey the younger, Cordelia Tuckey and Charles Tuckey (infants) by their guardian William Goldney, Thomas Alexander, Thomas Tuckey, and Elizabeth Rhodes, widow.
