Description

Short Title: Mounsey v Young.

Plaintiff(s): George Gill Mounsey, on behalf of himself and the creditors of John Young, late of Greensyke in the parish of Dulston (Cumberland), yeoman.

Defendant(s): Thomas Young, William Young, clerk, John Young, Isabella Young, spinster, William Blamire Young, Robert Bendle.

Depositions for: Plaintiffs.

Subject of Depositions: The value and disposition of the personal estate and effects of the testator John Young of Greensyke, said estate including Stock, crops etc at Greensyke; Thomas Lowson's mortgage of premises at Wetherall; Anne Thompson's mortgage of premises at Grass Garth (Cumberland).

County: Cumberland.

Taken at: Carlisle.

Date of Commission: 31 January 1839.
