Description

Short Title: (i) Jones v Williams; (ii) Thomas v Williams; (iii) Williams v Williams.

Plaintiff(s): (i) Jane Jones widow (since deceased), and Palfrey Rowlands, on behalf of themselves and all others the creditors of Thomas Jones, deceased; (ii) Margaret Thomas, on behalf of herself and all other the creditors of the said Thomas Jones deceased; (iii) Robert Williams and his wife Margaret, and others.

Defendant(s): (i) Henry Ramsey Williams, Sidney Jones (since deceased), and Anne Jones; (ii) Henry Ramsey Williams, Griffith Roberts, Palfrey Rowlands, Saint George Armstrong Williams and his wife Anne, and Edmund Jones Crawley; (iii) Henry Ramsey Williams and others.

Depositions for: Plaintiffs.

Subject of Depositions: The taxing of the Bills of Costs of the plaintiffs and defendants in the first mentioned cause, in the late court of Great Sessions for the counties of Anglesey, Caernarvonshire and Merionethshire, deposited in the office of Jeffries Spranger, one of the masters of the Court of Exchequer.
